The Experience Program
How XP, ranks, and power-ups work — earn better conditions as you trade
The Experience Program is PipFarm's reward system that recognises your progress as a trader. You earn Experience Points (XP) by passing challenges, receiving payouts, scaling your accounts, and completing quests. Your XP determines your rank, and each rank unlocks better trading conditions and power-ups.
How to earn XP
XP is earned automatically as you trade and hit milestones. The most common ways to earn XP are:
Achieving XP Milestones — passing challenges, receiving payouts, scaling accounts
Completing Quests — one-time challenges with specific requirements
Introduce a Friend — Refer a friend and both can get 3 XP.
Ranks
You start at Rank 0 and progress by earning XP. Each rank provides increasingly better benefits — higher profit share, lower commissions, more drawdown, additional leverage, gift vouchers, and more. Your rank benefits apply to your accounts as soon as you rank up — the only exception is your payout profit share, which unlocks one rank per payout (see Unlocking profit share by rank below).
Power-ups by rank
Each rank unlocks improved trading conditions. Here's what you get at every level:
Gift vouchers are awarded when you reach a new rank and can be used to purchase additional accounts. They expire three months after they are issued.
Spending XP
You can spend your XP to discount the price of challenges and add-ons. The value of each XP depends on the currency of the account you are purchasing: $2.50 (USD), €2.00 (EUR), or £1.75 (GBP). XP can be applied at checkout, up to a maximum of 50% of the purchase price. For example, if a USD challenge costs $100, you can spend up to 20 XP to discount it by $50.
On Pay with Profits challenges, XP is applied to the Admission Fee instead, and the cap is lower: you can cover up to 25% of the Admission Fee with XP.
Spending XP reduces your XP balance. If your balance drops below the threshold for your current rank, you will be demoted and the benefits associated with your previous rank — including profit share — will be removed from your funded accounts immediately.
If you spend XP on an order, that order will not earn XP. You cannot earn and redeem XP on the same purchase.
When XP expires
From 1 November 2026, XP can expire if you stop trading. Your XP does not expire as long as you keep trading.
XP only expires when both of these are true:
You received it more than 12 months ago.
You have not closed a trade on any PipFarm account for 3 months.
When both are true, the XP you received more than 12 months ago expires. XP you received in the last 12 months stays in your balance.
Close a trade on any PipFarm account at least once every 3 months and your XP will not expire.
Expired XP is removed from your XP balance in the same way as spent XP. If your balance drops below the threshold for your current rank, you will be demoted.
Example
You earned 40 XP in March 2026 and 20 XP in September 2026. You last closed a trade on 1 February 2027. By 1 May 2027 you have gone 3 months without closing one. The 40 XP from March 2026 is more than 12 months old, so it expires. The 20 XP from September 2026 is less than 12 months old, so you keep it.
Unlocking profit share by rank
Each rank has a matching profit share — for example, Rank 2 pays 80%. To make sure a higher profit share reflects a real trading track record, your payout profit share increases one level with each payout you receive, up to the profit share of your current rank.
In practice, you must take a payout at each rank before the next rank’s profit share unlocks. Your first payout is paid at Rank 0 (70%), your second at Rank 1 (75%), your third at Rank 2 (80%), and so on. You can never be paid above your current rank’s profit share, and reaching a higher rank by XP alone does not skip these steps.
Read each row as a trader at that rank: the profit share climbs by one level with every payout until it reaches that rank’s cap. Your other rank benefits — leverage, commission, and scaling increment — still apply as soon as your rank changes; only the payout profit share unlocks step by step.
You can’t skip ranks for payout purposes. Buying multiple low-cost challenges to brute-force XP and jump straight to a higher profit share won’t work — the higher profit share only unlocks after you’ve taken a payout at each rank along the way.
PipFarm may postpone a rank promotion for payout purposes if the promotion was achieved by artificially inflating XP — for example, by purchasing low-cost challenges solely to increase rank ahead of an anticipated payout.
